Products to print: plastic bucket, pail, 5 gallon bucket, diaper pail, plastic pail, paint bucket, 3 liter water bottle, 20L bucket, 20 litre plastic containers etc.
Description- Panasonic PLC control system, it is easy to set data and operate, machine can calculate running trail automatically by inputting 3 parameters, which are perimeter of top and bottom, bucket and height of bucket.
- With air pressure sensor to make which more balanced.
- Heat transfer pressure, temperature, speed and time are adjustable.
- Adjustable with different angle and front-back position on bottom of mould.
- Tension control system makes heat transfer film smooth but not folded.
- High precise sensor combines with double times speed to collect film.
- Pattern of heat transfer is stable and precise, especially suitable for bar code and OR code.
- XYZ triaxial servo matches the taper and work track which enable photo to be heat transferred in a high accurate position.
